Regional Channel Manager

Job description

The ideal candidate for this position is a experienced Channel Sales Professional who will initially be focused on the sales enablement of Singtel Direct Sales Teams , Singtel Subsidiaries and Channel Partners. The CAM will concentrate on developing and implementing both business and sales strategy planning, internal Singtel and joint end user presentations, providing and updating marketing materials, sales training, account support and any additional  activities which will drive revenue through this new Sales Channel(s). Additionally, The CAM will also be responsible for recruitment, contracting and enablement of additional Channel Partners to leverage and resell the broader portfolio of RigNet products and services in their assigned region, to increase revenue and grow the RigNet Channel Organization.




  • Qualify, negotiate and close Channel generated opportunities
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships
  • Work with various internal (RigNet/ Cyphre/ Marketing, etc) teams and partner stakeholders to drive sales enablement activities
  • Facilitate and coordinate both internal and Channel resources to support and close opportunities
  • Attend organizational (Channel internal) meetings and joint events
  • Ensure partner alignment with RigNet sales strategy, financial targets and timelines
  • Support Channel campaigns and demand generation initiatives
  • Travel
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate reporting in SFDC
  • Ensure Channel Partner satisfaction



Education, Knowledge. Skills & Abilities:


  • Demonstrated track record of success implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results
  • Significant business analysis skills along with in-depth third-party distribution experience required
  • Understanding of Cyber Security Industry, encryption based products and services and the overall “landscape” required.
  • 3 to 5 years indirect sales experience in Cyber Security environment required
  • 3 to 5 years indirect sales experience preferably in technology or telecommunications environment required
  • Demonstrated track record of success implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results
  • Experience managing sales and operations for a multi-million dollar market unit or segment required
  • Experience selling within a large territory.
  • General knowledge of the Cyber Security "landscape" Required
  • Understanding of wireless/ mobile solutions/ satellite solutions/ networking and how they can be used in key verticals such as energy, government, finance, & media.
